Because she used Advanced Real Estate Team of Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners to represent her in her new home purchase, a donation of $236.83 will be made to buy food for the local Food Bank. 

During the months of November, December and January, each agent at Advanced Real Estate Team of Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners will donate 5% of their commissions to the local food bank. If you list your home, once sold, 5% of the commission will be used to feed families in our local community.

If you purchase a home through buyer representation by an Advanced Real Estate Realtor, 5% of the commissioin will also be used to feed families in the Beaufort area.
