Beaufort SC Blog

This week has been tremendously sad for our nation.  From innocent victims of a campus shooting to a fallen Blue Angel pilot at the Beaufort MCAS Air show.  We extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to the families who have lost a loved one this week.  We pray that these families will be given comfort in the coming days as they bury their loved ones and grieve alongside a nation.  

We would first like to say that we are amazed at the outpour of support for students, the faculty, and the community of Blacksburg, VA.  No words can ease their pain and suffering, but we hope that they know they are in our prayers and we will continue to provide whatever support we can. 

Additionally, we are so very thankful for the service of Blue Angel Pilot Lt. Cmdr. Kevin Davis.  He was one of the nation's best and we are deeply saddened by his death.  We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all of those who serve proudly.  God Bless and God Speed.
